Why do we need an MVP? Well we need to answer some questions
Validation of functionality Does our end-to-end solution work?
Business Model fine tune - What is the actual breakeven point, What is the highest real value that should be reached? What is the best commission fee to be profitable and competitive?. Initially we are assuming a 3% commision rate as the best one.
Users aquisition - What do we need to attract all potencial users (*)? Is our strategy of allying with grassroots NGOs good enough to attract a broader base of potential users as a starting point?
Capital required - How Much funds do we need for later stages?
Why Paraguay ? - Paraguay is a small developing country with a stable economy where remittances are equivalent to more than 700 million dollars and with more than 900 thousand immigrants abroad.
This configures Paraguay as an excellent place for a pilot stage
